Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship to your Paypal Shipping Address, sorry no exceptions.  Please ensure the shipping address listed on your paypal account matches the shipping address entered on your serpentaudio.com user account, otherwise your order will be delayed.

Processing:

Please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship, though we usually try to ship within 3-4 days.  You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number (if applicable).  All Full SA-3A Kits and SB4001 orders include Shipping Insurance in the shipping price at no additional cost.

Transit Times:

Domestice Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 1 week transit time once they have shipped.

International orders generally take 2-3 weeks, however it could be longer if your order gets held up in customs (which is not in our control).  USPS First Class Mail DOES NOT provide tracking, but it is the most economical method of shipment.  International Priority Mail DOES provide tracking, and is generally faster, however costs significantly more.  Depending on the weight of the order, First Class Mail option may not be possible.  In most cases, if only PCB's are ordered and First Class Mail is Selected, your shipping method will be upgraded to Priority Mail for free at no additional cost.
